The spacious kitchen at Norville has a small breakfast table with seating for up to 4 people, with a tiled floor, double electric fan oven that makes cooking for eight simple and an integrated grill and gas hob. All appliances are afitted including a dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also access to the garden and to the dining room. To the side of the dining table in the kitchen, is a feature wood burner. The dining room is elegant with a modern and contemporary round table with seating for eight people, and is designed as a social and communal space.
From the plush carpeted and sophisticated hallway, with chandelier, take the stairs up the first floor where you will find all four bedrooms.
The master bedroom has its own king-size bed, bedside table and lamps and its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom for the master bedroom has a bath and shower over the bath, as well as a WC and wash hand basin. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony, with sea views and plenty of space around the bed.
The second bedroom on the first floor has a super king-size bed and bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and this double bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle.

A single bedroom that has its own pull out trundle bed to sleeps two and is very suitable for children.
Outside at Norville, the beautiful large garden is mostly laid to lawn. A large patio with railings offers attractive views over woods with some sea views. The patio has a table and chairs that seat up to 8 people as well as a parasol. The garden is quite large and is ideal for children to play in, watch them enjoy the space from the patio chairs!

What a lovely house! Beautifully decorated, immaculate with lovely gardens and only a bit of trek back up the hill from Brixham centre! But lovely view from the house to compensate.
