Friendly hosts, fantastic cottage. Despite visiting in November the wood burner ensured the we were always cosy. The cottage is on a site with other properties, but we had complete privacy, The pool and pool house are great we had sole use of these during our stay, the enclosed field meant we could let the Dog off for a run.”

Peter Donnelly, REDDITCH, November 2016

Friendly, welcoming hosts and a wonderful quiet, country location. As long as you are comfortable driving on narrow country lanes this is an idyllic spot for a holiday.

Joyce Bowering, Worcester Park, September 2016

We liked the peaceful location and surroundings whilst still being central and not too far to travel to coastal areas. The pool was a great feature. Owners are on site and available when needed and very helpful.”

Mr Macdonald, MELTON MOWBRAY, June 2016

“What a find! Pheasant's Roost is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Devon.

Paul Tyrer, Southport, June 2016

The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were welcome to wander freely around the gardens and field and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Pheasant's Roost.
