The Granary is a splendidly comfortable barn conversion in tranqul countryside outside Honiton on the fringes of the Blackdown Hills in East DEvon.

Offering a master bedroom with 5ft double bed and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 3 single beds and an ensuite bathroom, The Granary is a delightful cottage in which to spend a quiet weekend or a full week at any time of year. With enough beaches in the area to enjoy a different stretch of sand (or shingle) every day of the week, together with historic houses, stunning clifftop or woodland walks and memorable holidays are guaranteed.

The Granary is well maintained and equipped to ensure guests enjoy a warm and comfortable stay, as testified by the large number of visitors returning year after year.

The ground floor comprises a light and airy open plan living with central heating and a wood burner. An oak-floored kitchen space houses a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all other facilities you'd expect to create meals from simple breakfasts to lavish evening feasts. On warm evenings,there is a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture on a private lawned area outside offering beautiful rural views.

Beyond The Granary's private space is an additional childrens play area with a fort and trampoline, (there's also an indoor games room and small book library). Down by the river picnic spaces have been built into the banks of the stream.

All utility services, bed linen, towels and a Welcome Pack packed with locally grown produce are included in the price. Stay for a weekend or midweek break outside the school holidays, or for a week or more at any time of year.

Stonehayes is within easy reach of resorts such as Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth, Lyme Regis and Beer. Inland, walks or cycle rides through the Blackdown Hills or along the towpath on the Exeter Ship Canal between Dawlish and Exeter will, with stops at enticing pubs and cafes, fill a memorable day.
