We Don't Want To Leave!
Wonderful cottage for 2 toddlers lots of room and amazing outdoor fun. Spring was perfect with lambs, chicks and baby pigs to feed. Combe Wood and Dumpdon Hill are little walks, Sidmouth was gorgeous, Killerton was brilliant. Very sunny week helped! Thanks for being lovely hosts and providing delicious bread, scones and Easter Egg Hunt

A warm welcome is guaranteed at The Linhay, a light and spacious barn conversion sleeping 2-6 guests in comfort and style with views over open countryside.
Open all year round, it is perfectly located for beach, walking and other activity holidays, or visiting the many historic, picturesque towns, villages and other entertaining attractions in East Devon
The wonderfully presented accommodation comprises a large open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen with everything from a dishwasher to a wine cooler. The property is equally well-equipped for families with very young children. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a large double bed and en suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which can be adapted to form a 6ft wide double bed if required. The ground floor also has a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
All guests will find a welcome pack in the kitchen filled with locally sourced produce. Outside guests have their own grassed area with BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as access to 17 acres of fields and a meandering tree-lined steam with picnic areas built into its banks. A play area with a fort and other equipment is also popular with young children.
The Linhay is one of 5 cottages at Stonehayes Farm in tranquil Devon countryside near villlage of Combe Raleigh just 3 miles from the historic market town of Honiton. The farm lies within easy reach of many attractive beaches - enough for a different one every day of the week spanning East Devon's Jurrasic Coast betwreen Lyme Regis and Exmouth.
