I booked Tamarind, Downderry as a surprise 50th birthday celebration for my wife and invited other family members to meet up there. The photographs on the website don't do it justice as the setting was absolutely perfect, the booking process was painless and the quality of the interior & cleanliness was second to none. We stayed in Tamarind for a week in July. The house is beautifully presented, very comfortable with everything we required and so much more! The view from the lounge and kitchen windows is stunning, and so relaxing to stare out to sea. There is a steep walk into the village down the steps near to the house, and I recommend walking via the road on the way back up! We walked along the beach (shingle) most evenings and enjoyed a drink at the local pub. We would highly recommend this property.
