An 18th Century country cottage, stylishly converted to create a large rural holiday home in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Devon, Willow Cottage blends modern facilities with character features indoors and has a spacious sun-trap garden and patio outside. It is nicely placed in the sleepy South Hams village of Kingston for self-catering holidays exploring the South Devon coast from Dartmouth down to Plymouth, or inland for day trips discovering the wild beauty of the Dartmoor National Park.
Kingston itself is a tranquil un-spoiled Devon village whose pub, the ancient Dolphin Inn is sure to be a regular port of call for Willow Cottage guests.
As well as traditional family holidays going from beach to beach, Willow is a great location for walking holidays, whether long the South West Coast Path, the myriad of flower-strewn country footpaths, green lanes and bridle ways. Enjoy river boat trips at Newton Ferrers or Dartmouth, take the sea tractor out to Burgh Island or ride heritage steam trains on the Dart Valley and Torbay Steam Railiways. Golfers will find a warm welcome at local courses in Bigbury, Thurlestone and Wrangaton.
Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Kingston is a picturesque, unspoilt village celebrated for its tranquillity and the ancient pub, The Dolphin Inn. Willow Cottage is ideal for walkers, golfers and fun family holidays. The location is also idyllic for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside with the Erme estuary and beautiful Wonwell Beach only a short drive or a bracing coast path walk away. Also close by, are the excellent golf courses of Bigbury, Thurlestone and Wrangaton.

Separate Dining Room located between the main Lounge and the Snug with table comfortably accommodating 8 hungry mouths
Kitchen: A very well-equipped space for preparing delicious meals using local produce with appliances including a large oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, Smaller appliances include a cafetiere, kettle, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Games Room: Another living space which is used a games room contains a second TV, DVD player, a sofa seating 3, arm chair and bean bags - a handy chill-out space for all ages.
Superfast Broadband is available throughout the house.

- The Master Bedroom
A peaceful room on the first floor to the rear of the cottage overlooking the garden, this bedroom contains a zip and link bed for use as a large double or two single beds as required. Furniture includes a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables with reading lamps. An adjoining door leads to an en suite bathroom with an Aqualisa mains shower, sink, WC, cabinet and a mirror.
A first-floor room with exposed beams and views across the patio to the garden. This room also has zip and link beds for double or twin use, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. There is plenty of space in this room to accommodate a travel cot (provided – just bring bedding).
Located at the front of Willow Cottage, this bedroom can also be configured as a double or twin room and has a built-in wardrobe.
Sleeping accommodation in this first-floor bedroom, an annexe room reached via stairs from the kitchen is in bunk beds. The room enjoys an en-suite shower room Aqualisa mains shower, sink and a WC.

The spacious garden will easily accommodate games or picnics. The patio catches the sun quite nicely and contains a charcoal BBQ and rattan dining furniture for eating in the open air on sunny days and balmy summer evenings. Relax and enjoy the bird song.
