Located in Devon on the southern half of Exmoor National Park, Litton Farm is a remote holiday cottage above North Molton set in 180 acres of beautiful moorland. It's perfect for star-gazing on clear nights when the sky seems ablaze with starlight.
This remote Exmoor farmhouse sleeps a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), all of which have their own TV's. Once prepared, guests can then enjoy their meals in the traditional dining room. There is also a cosy lounge with squidgy sofas, a flat-screen TV and wood burner for cosy evenings indoors.
Upstairs are the four bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms which can be made into doubles and two double bedrooms, one of which is zip and link. Both of the double bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, alongside a further family shower room.
Outside to the front of the property is a broad sun-trap terrace with sweeping views across the open countryside and moorland.

The historic towns of South Molton and Dulverton are both close by, and it is only a short drive to the beautiful Exmoor villages of Simonsbath, Withypool and Exford. Litton is also within driving distance of the stunning North Devon beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. Heading north across the moor will also bring you to the picturesque towns of Lynton and Lynmouth whilst further along the coast you are in easy reach of Porlock, Minehead and Dunster.
