Apartment 5 is one of 6 mirrored apartments set on 3 floors with the penthouse suite on the top floor.The apartment can be accessed via a key card and via stairs or a lift. The apartment has been fitted to the very highest standard with state-of-the-art furniture and appliances. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two doubles, one which has an en-suite and a twin.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a roll-top bath, this bedroom also has an en-suite with wc and sink. There is a separate family bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and wc.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and enjoys the most amazing views over the 6 miles of golden sandy beach and sea beyond, which can be enjoyed from anywhere in the apartment but also on the shared balcony where you can sit and relax in comfy chairs. The living area is laid out to open plan, with a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob with seriously cool hidden extractor fan that rises out of the top of the hob at the touch of the control panel, there is also a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, micro-wave, coffer-maker and even a wine cooler. The dining area is just off the kitchen with table and chairs for 6 people and the rest of the apartment is the lounge with sofa and chairs and large mounted TV.
Outside there is direct access to the beach and a large shower to wash yourself or your surfboard and wet-suite after a day on the beach.
There is a large shared terrace on the garden level and parking for a car at the front of the Chalet.
Apart from having diret access to Saunton Sands beach you are also within walking distance around the headland the the cool, surfing village of Croyde and the lively pubs at The Thatch and Billy Buds.Woolacombe Bay and the beautiful Puttsborough Beach are around another headland and walkable over Baggy Point. Woolacombe has some great pubs and restaurants like the Red Barn.
The coastline offers a wealth of activities, obviously surfing but also wind-surfing and kite surfing, paddle boarding and surf canoeing or you ride horses along the beach or simply walk the miles a stunning coastal path.
