The lounge at Florence Cottage is on the ground floor and is in an open plan design with the dining room and has 2 sofas seating up to 4 guests plus a TV with Freeview and (children will love this) an Xbox 360. The dining area has a good-sized table with seating for five people. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and has an electric oven with a gas hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer as well as microwave and a music centre together with an additional small table with chairs seating two people.
On the first floor at Florence cottage, is a kids’ bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk above, perfect if you have three children that want to share a room for a fun holiday. The family bathroom is next to this room and has a freestanding bath with a shower over the top as well as a wash hand basin and WC. On the second floor is the good-sized master bedroom with a king-size bed.
If you want a holiday home to escape to in a popular Devon village, Florence cottage in Bishopsteignton has a lot to offer. Exeter is just a short drive away and the popular seaside town of Teignmouth is on your doorstep. Across the river into Shaldon is just a short drive along the coast to the Torbay area including Torquay and Paignton. It’s a great cottage for a family of five that is always popular.
