Greenwich Cottage, Chideock

This is what a recent visitor said about Greenwich Cottage:

"The owners of Greenwich Cottage have thought of everything in lovingly renovating this cosy holiday home from home: comfy beds and sofas, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, delightful homely touches and, joy of joys – a wood burner – just perfect for a wintry evening on the coast."

Conveniently situated along the South West Coast Path on the Jurassic Coast between Bridport and Lyme Regis, Chideock is a bustling little village with a couple of very friendly pubs and a village shop catering for all needs. Greenwich Cottage is nestled on a small terrace with stunning views across the countryside at the back and is an easy twenty-minute walk from Seatown, a former fishing and smuggling hamlet right on the coast.

When booking or enquiring, please tell us that you found this Dorset coastal cottage in Chideock on the My Favourite Holiday Cottages website. Thank you.

Would come again

Owners nice and helpful. Met others who had stayed before and would come again.

Very well furnished and equipped

We stayed in both cottages during our stay as we asked if we could book an extra night and Greenwich was booked so we moved into Chideock.

Both cottages are set in a .beautiful location and sit in lovely gardens which are very well maintained. The cottages are very well furnished and equipped, very much homes from home.
Heather and Alan are extremely good hosts and obviously enjoy what they do.
These cottages are very much a year round holiday base and would lend themselves to winter breaks with the woodburner in Greewich and the Aga in Chideock

Hidden Little Gem of a Cottage

Hidden little gem of a cottage. Owners very welcoming. Spotless and very cosy with the log burner especially on our windy weekend we had thanks to Hurriane Brian but still managed to do the Seatown Walk to see the waves!
Would we visit again, Oh yes for sure.
