  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

My family and I had the best week away. Beautiful apartment, so modern and so clean. Ideal location to explore Woolacombe village and the beautiful beach. Best beach we’ve been to in the UK by far. Would highly recommend Byron. This was our 2nd visit and we will no doubt go again. Spent a lovely week in 10 Middlecombe. Apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. Just minutes from the beautiful Sandy beach and the coastal footpaths so that once you’ve arrived you don’t really need to get back in the car. Parking facilities and lifts to apartments an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Really nice, tasteful apartment, lovely living space, 2 decent bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect location in the town for son who wants to surf and us parents who want to walk with the dog. Daughter happy as well as the pool is really nice and was mostly empty while we were there. Took us a little while to work out how to get around the complex but soon got the hang of it. Staff were helpful and friendly too. The icing on the cake was that we were blessed with fantastic weather for mid May and had a really good time in our first family holiday for 2 years!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, me and my boyfriend went for a few nights away for his birthday and it was perfect. Felt like our own home, the place was also immaculate when it came to cleanliness. It was a perfect area to stay, just a walk away from the beach and we absolutely loved using the pool for the hour that we booked it. We really enjoyed our stay at Byron Woolacombe. The apartment was immaculate in every sense, cleanliness, layout, furniture etc etc. We could not fault the apartment or facilities on any way. Woolacombe as a place to visit was superb. Beautiful clean beach was excellent for walks as was the coastal path. We definitely plan to visit Woolacombe again and really hope to stay at Byron.

Loved it! Spotlessly clean, comfy and well equipped. Perfect location, great to have underground parking. The kitchen pack was most welcome upon our arrival. Olivia was super helpful and responsive on the email when we had the odd question, as was the lady who was there upon arrival making sure everyone found their keys. Everything worked perfectly so much so we have booked to return next year - there’s no better accolade than that!
