Your luxurious eco-lodge is every bit the romantic getaway, from the super king size bed for you to enjoy lazy mornings in style to the large freestanding bath and rainfall shower, every detail has been designed with relaxation in mind. And as you curl up on the sofa for a cosy night in, the Bang & Olufsen TV is a gadget lover’s dream.

There’s nothing better than stepping out onto your private decking to enjoy the first coffee of the day whilst admiring the views, and for the sundowners, you can sink into your bubbling hot tub under a starry sky with a glass of fizz.

Strawberryfield Park is a tranquil retreat of eco-lodges nestled in 14 acres of rolling countryside with its own cider and ale barn so you can sample a true taste of Somerset. The Mendip Hills welcome those who love to experience the Great Outdoors and the pretty Cathedral city of Wells is a short drive away.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £125 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: No pets allowed
Number of steps: No internal steps but the lodge is accessed by two external steps
Type of Heating: Fully heated throughout
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Cafetiere and coffee machine
Hot Tub: Private hot tub
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required. Additional extras can include things such as a bottle of champagne, rose petals and logs. These can be booked directly with Strawberryfield Park once you have placed your booking.

We were really pleased with Batcombe Hollow, it looks just like the pictures if not better in person. Tidy & spotless on arrival, comfiest bed & plenty of room with some special extra touches. Really enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub, and have highly recommended it to others. We will be returning!
