  • "Lovely staying there."

Comfy beds and plenty of room for all 12 of us staying in the house. Good facilities for breakfast. Only thing is there wasn’t any dishwasher tablets so had to wash so many plates by hand!

  • "The property was great and furnished very tastefully, it worked really well for a large family gathering of 9 but could have fitted more."

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. One additional item that would have been helpful was a washing line or rail outside to dry beach gear and wetsuits. The top floor bedroom was very spacious but can only be set up as a twin, not as a king.

  • "The house is in a great location in Newquay and only a short walk down to the beach."

The games room was a big hit with the whole family and the facilities provided were just what we needed for the week. The only negative was a lack of a lock on the top bathroom but a minor issue that can be easily resolved.

The house was lovely and with 11 of us in the house, you never felt like you were on top of one another! Would totally recommend this house for large parties, a very fully equipped kitchen ended up being the hub for our gatherings! Absolutely perfect location and would happily return to this property again of coming back in a big group! Thanks for a fab holiday

Very well equipped with quality appliances, kitchen equipment. Great location close to town and beach. Parking was fine once we got used to it, thank you for the guidance that was sent to help.

  • "Excellent location being very close to the facilities in Newquay."

A little bit noisy in he front rooms being on a major road but cut out with the windows shut. Major disappointment was the rear access to parking which was untidy and quite tight to access.
