It is just a short stroll to the beach from this Llyn Peninsula bungalow in the seaside village of Morfa Nefyn. It is also within easy walking distance of local shops and the magnificent 27-hole local golf course. This large holiday cottage has been given a thorough refurbishment to create superior quality self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests.

Accommodation at Llechwedd comprises: * A large lounge containing a TV (Freeview), a DVD and CD player. In cooler seasons augment the central heating with a touch of fireside ambiance with a real coal fire. * Well-equipped kitchen/diner containing an electric cooker with grill and fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. * Utility Room with washing machine * Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC * Three ground floor bedrooms

The fourth bedroom is a loft conversion comprising a double bedroom with a bathroom just across the landing

An adjoining garage/utility area is handy for storing wetsuits and beach equipment. It also houses a 6x3 snooker table as well as a separate cloakroom with WC.

Outside this dog-friendly holiday cottage in Morfa Nefyn is a large open, enclosed plan garden with pleasing rural views towards Garn Fadryn. The garden is fully enclosed but not totally dog-proof if your pet is a natural-born escape artist. The garden provides a tranquil space for dining outdoors using the charcoal BBQ and patio dining furniture provided.

As befitting a large holiday cottage, there is plenty of off-road parking space for 3-4 cars. One dog is welcome at Llechwedd by prior arrangements for which there is a small charge of £10 per week.

For parties of up to six guests, Llechwedd can be hired at a discounted rate saving £100 per week if happy for the first floor to be closed off.
