It is Ideal if you are looking for a holiday cottage with plenty of room in the grounds for children to let off steam or just appreciate the idea of a lovely garden to go with an equally lovely house.
The kitchen at the old vicarage in Peterchurch is well-equipped, including a large double electric five-ring oven and a breakfast bar that seats four on the island in the centre of the kitchen. Very well finished and to a high standard, it contains all the utensils of facilities that you will require, including two fridges and a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a microwave oven. To the side of the kitchen is the open plan dining area with a large table that seats 12 people set beside the open fire, a settee and French doors that open out onto the patio area.
There is a beautiful hallway at the Old Vicarage, reminiscent of the house’s Victorian past, having a wonderful oak staircase that leads upstairs and tiled wooden floors. To the side is the sitting room, very plush, with comfy sofas as well as a footstool set around the open fire. The room contains beautiful, light and airy bay windows that offer scenic views across the grounds. On the ground floor, you will also find a twin bedroom as well as a utility room that has table football to keep the kids entertained and an additional guest toilet.
Take the stairs to the first floor and you will find an additional five bedrooms, all well -sized with high ceilings, as well as a large family bathroom that has its own roll top bath and walk-in shower. The five bedrooms on the first floor include * Two king-size double bedrooms that both have an en-suite shower, WC and wash hand basin. * One family room on the first floor that has a double and single bed along with wash hand basin * One double bedroom * One single bedroom.
As you can see from the pictures, there is plenty of parking at the Old Vicarage and the gardens are there for you to enjoy complete with table and chairs as well as your own barbecue and a patio area.

The village of Peterchurch is approximately 2 miles away and has its own pub, restaurants and a village shop. Further afield, Hereford is approximately 12 miles away, a very pretty and popular city by the River Wye and Hay on Wye is also around 10 miles away. This is a popular holiday cottage, having plenty of space, stylish Victorian features with pretty and spacious grounds, making it perfect a group of friends or families that want a get-together.

Beautiful property set within beautiful grounds. Very spacious and comfortable (especially the beds) Property was also presented really lovely offering full facilities and a nice welcome hamper when we arrived. Nice sociable space to accommodate a large group. Quaint village two miles up the road, with pubs and a village shop. Not far from Hereford Town centre. Would highly recommend.
