GETTING THE LITTLE THINGS RIGHT MAKES THIS A GREAT COTTAGE by Yeevon Jennings, Painswick 05/01/2016 on December 20th 2016
Eight of us recently went for a 4 night stay at Sunnyside & Sabrie was super helpful in answering all the questions we had about little things. She also helped us find a doctor when one of us got ill and she even offered to drive us to the GP. The cottage was well supplied with fruits and bread and milk - we did end up having too much food as we bought our own too. The kitchen is fully equipped and has pretty much everything you need. The cottage is a nice walk away from Godshill if you're looking for walks nearby.
COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS by David Jackson, Norwich on 01/08/2016 on December 20th 2016
My family and I with an age spread of 2 to 83 years and totalling 7 people booked sunnyside cottages for a week. We found the accommodation to be every bit as good, if not better, than advertised. Comfortable, clean, spacious and well fitted. As used to be said, "what it says on the tin is what you get". A big thank you should go to the owners for getting everything just right. Would we go again and stay at sunnyside - you bet we would.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE by Paul Hammond, Cambridge 08/08/2016 on December 20th 2016
We arrived in two vehicles with 4 adults, 2 children plus our dog Misty and was met by the owner on arrival. The cottage is on a working sheep farm near Godshill but do not let that put you off as we found the location perfect for a quiet stay and the bottle of wine and huge bowl of fruit plus some provisions that were in the cottage were a very nice thought. The property is spacious, well equipped and we all managed to find our corner of tranquility when needed and the night time views of the stars are spectacular. The property is only a short drive from many of the islands resorts and attractions with Ventnor Shanklin and Sandown being what seemed like about 10-15 minutes away and easy to get to Ryde and Cowes in about 20-25 minutes. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and would look to be coming back again next year.
