Birch house is a 9-bedroom Victorian terraced townhouse in Cromer on the east coast of Norfolk that sleeps 17 people and does not accept pets. This large, mid-terrace Victorian self-catering property is set over four floors, with a balcony from the sitting room on the first floor and an enclosed garden to the rear, accessible from the kitchen. Birch house is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Cromer, one of the most popular holiday resorts in Norfolk with a traditional pier and beach and a range of attractions nearby.
There is an elegant lounge at Birch house filled with comfortable plush leather sofas and a flat screen TV, all set around light, grand windows in this high ceilinged, traditional Victorian sitting room. From the lounge, there is a balcony to the front of the property accessible through French doors, with pretty furniture so that you can soak up the sun in the evening. There is an additional smaller sitting room on the ground floor that is linked to the kitchen and has an open fire. The dining room has seating for all residents and is situated on the ground floor.
The kitchen at Birch house in Cromer is well equipped with a large range style cooker complete with six ring gas hob and warming plate, as well as a double gas oven. There is a fridge freezer and microwave oven plus an second fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an separate utility room near the kitchen. Also, from the kitchen, there are French doors that lead into the rear enclosed courtyard garden that has garden furniture and a useful storage shed for outdoor great or speech equipment
There are nine bedrooms in total at Birch house, all having their own televisions. On the ground floor (for those that don’t like walking stairs), there is:
• 1 ground floor king-size double bedroom
• 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom
• 1 twin bedroom that has an ensuite shower room.
On the second floor there is
• 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room,
• 1 twin bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and wash hand basin
• 1 single bedroom with an ensuite shower.
On the third floor there is
• 1 double bedroom with a wash hand basin
• 1 twin bedroom with wash hand basin.
There is an additional ground floor family shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin and a similar room on the third floor.

Several golf courses and National trust properties are nearby as well as as parks and adventure centres, you can also take a trip on the steam train at Sheringham.
