Built in 1776, this pet friendly outstanding example of a Regency house was once owned by The Duke of Wellington.

The Main House and its neighbouring three cottages are surrounded by 24 acres of parkland, woodland and a deer park.

This magnificent estate is breathtaking; as you approach along the drive, you can switch off from everyday life and step into a majestic one that very few get to experience.

Clermont Hall is an ideal location for families and friends to enjoy a celebration to remember, or even for corporate events looking to impress.

As you open the grand doors you will be instantly impressed by the wonderful reception complete with marble fireplace.

Every room has been meticulously decorated to ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay.

There are eighteen bedrooms in total, nine in the Main House, and nine within the three self-contained cottages which are located just a short walk across the lawn, and offer flexible sleeping arrangements with three bedrooms in each.

All have been completed to a high standard ensuring you have a comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings.

The lower ground floor kitchen is well-equipped with four AGAs and an electric double oven, and features a dumb-waiter lift to transfer your delicious home-cooked meals to the dining room.

Guests can relax in one of the elegant and meticulously decorated reception rooms, and for those with excess energy to burn, there is a games room with table tennis and a TV, and a separate snooker room.

During the summer months, guests can take advantage of the outdoor heated pool.

Outside, there are a selection of lawns, ornamental trees and walkways to enjoy whilst taking in the delightful views.

An enclosed area is home to a herd of Fallow and Sika Deer, as well as enclosures for rabbits, peacocks and hens, ideal for fresh eggs at breakfast!

There is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding areas if you can tear yourself away from this wonderful estate.

For active guests there are excellent walking and cycling routes from your doorstep, whilst golfers can enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Richmond Park Golf Club.

Thetford Forest with its wide selection of outdoor activities such as walking trails, cycling tracks and a high-wire course, is just a short drive away.

The wonderful historic estates such as Oxburgh Hall, Holkham Hall and the royal residence of Sandringham are all within easy reach, or if you want to explore the delightful Norfolk coast, this is only an hour's drive away.
