Seaford Holiday Cottage is a detached, spacious, family friendly property with private parking in the village of Weybourne on the North Norfolk Coast.
Situated between Sheringham and Holt, Weybourne is the perfect location for visiting the lovely beaches and villages along the coast as well as further afield including the Norfolk Broads. The village centre, just yards from the house, has much to offer with a pub serving excellent food, a shop with coffee shop and deli and a tea shop on the walk to the beach, a 10 minute stroll away. Weybourne station on the North Norfolk Railway is a short walk from the house where you can step back in time and take a steam train ride to Sheringham and Holt, a lovely Georgian town.
Popular with all generations, with many guests returning year on year, Seaford is warm and welcoming and well equipped for a week away relaxing with family or friends.
The large kitchen with oak dining table is great for everyone to sit around and enjoy meals together. The kitchen features a range cooker, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and airer.
From the lounge the french doors open out onto a sunny patio and enclosed garden area with a summerhouse with garden games. The table and chairs plus BBQ make this a great place to enjoy the Norfolk sunshine. Adjoining the lounge is a games room with games table and games console and separate TV. The house also has fibre broadband and a SMART TV so there is plenty to entertain everyone.
The bedrooms are comfortable with two king size rooms and one twin bedded room and for added comfort you have the choice of duvet togs depending on the season and your personal preference. Both king size rooms have their own TV.
Weybourne is such a great place from which to explore the surrounding area. Several National Trust properties are on the doorstep; Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall & Blickling Hall. Holkham Hall is privately owned and a great place from which to visit the wonderful expanse of Holkham beach followed by a cup of tea and tour of the hall and grounds. Other things to do whilst staying at Seaford Holiday Cottage include visiting the North Norfolk Railway, catching a Cromer crab, visiting the Muckleburgh Military Collection in the village, bird watching at Cley Marshes, taking a trip to see the seals from Blakeney, going shopping in Holt, taking in the views from the gazebo at Sheringham Park & taking the Coast Hopper bus from village to village. There is so much to do in the area, a week is hardly enough time to explore!

We have had a fabulous week at Seaford Cottage. The standard of accommodation is superb - so comfortable and so much thought has gone into providing everything you need - and more!! By far the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in and we hope to return. A big thank you to you both.
I loved your house..... by AH on May 27th 2016
I loved your house. The amenities were first class, from the games room to the BBQ and outdoor games in the summer house. It caters for all ages, our party ranged from 16 months to 79 years. The little touches and attention to detail made it stand out. From the fluffy white towels and White Company toiletries to the fabulous homemade cake waiting for us on the kitchen table when we arrived to name but a few. You'd even put a notice on the chalkboard advising us of the village fair on Sunday. You thoroughly deserve your 5 star rating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I would definitely return.
