‘Owl’ is pretty stone apartment set on the ground floor. It’s ideal for a small family and offers shared use of an indoor heated pool, sauna and spa, all exclusive to guests in the four properties on-site. It is also suitable for those with mobility impairment in that there are no internal steps to negotiate and there are also appropriate support rails at the patio door entrance and in the bathroom.

The apartment is situated in the centre of the charming North Yorkshire village of Newton-on-Rawcliffe and above picturesque Newtondale – with Levisham Moor beyond. The village itself has an attractive village green and duck pond and a good pub, The White Swan.

Being within the North York Moors National Park this apartment is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the delights the area has to offer, with amazing walks from the doorstep. Additionally, the City of York and the coastal towns of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey are all within a 40 minute drive.

‘Owl’ has a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom – with bath, mixer-tap shower and toilet – and an open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area which includes a microwave, freezer and dishwasher.
