The newly renovated Victorian Garden Flat on the ground floor of a classic Grade II-listed 19th-century seaside apartment building located just a small hop and a skip from the sandy beach at Saltburn-by-the-sea. It lies close to all Saltburn’s seaside attractions including its Cliff Railway – (simply the best way to arrive on the sands).
The 2-bedroom flat offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for two couples or a small family of four plus a cot for a little one if required. To the front of the flat is a small and private garden with a patio with seating where you can relax to the sound of the waves splashing onto the sands nearby.
Accommodation in the Victorian Garden Flat, which has Wi-Fi throughout comprises: * Open Plan Living Area with Flatscreen TV, comfortable sofa and armchairs plus a dining table that seats 6 (in case the children invite holiday friends round for tea). A high-chair is available if required.
A Well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave fridge, freezer, kettle, clothes dryer, a washing machine and all the utensils required to prepare everything from full English breakfasts to evening meals.

A second bedroom also has a double bed and space for the cot.
The final room is a family bathroom.

Saltburn itself is a much-loved little seaside resort with 8 miles of golden sands perfect for all kinds of beach activity from surfing and swimming to rock-pooling and sandcastle building. It still retains its pier and cliff railway. The town itself offers an attractive choice of independent shops, a farmers’ market for local produce, bars, bistros and restaurants. It also has a small but popular theatre, open all year round. Craft and vintage fairs are occur throughout the year.
There is also plenty to see and do within a short drive of Saltburn. The beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park is a walker’s paradise and virtually on the town’s doorstep. If not up for walking, then travel by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. Explore more of the North Yorkshire coastline and its picturesque fishing villages such as Staithes, Robin Hood’s Bay, Runswick as well as the larger resorts of Scarborough and Whitby – all within easy reach.
