Baille Hill House in York city centre is perfect for a big gathering of friends or family. The comfortable Georgian style townhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a TV in every room, and a parking area for up to 3 cars at the back. All the York attractions and shops are within a few minutes walk, it couldn`t be easier.

Downstairs is the well equipped kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom looking out to the medieval city walls and shower room with loo.

The kitchen has a cooker with double oven and grill, fridge freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washer/dryer and is fully stocked with plenty of china, glasses and cooking equipment. The dining area has a large table to seat 10 , TV, CD player and radio and a 2 seater sofa.

On the middle floor the sitting room has a large balcony furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing outside. Inside is a large L shaped sofa, an extra sofa, large TV with DVD and CD player with I-pod docking and free Wifi is included.

Also on the middle floor is a cosy single bedroom, another double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower.

The top floor has a triple bedroom which has a double and a single bed, TV, hairdryer, a twin bedroom also with TV and another bathroom with a bath.

It is a short walk to a great choice of shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as the great historic sites that York is renowned for. There are lots of museums and galleries to visit, and a variety of entertainment from the Jorvik Centre to the Theatre Royal and a couple of cinemas. Baille Hill House is close to the river walks and parks nearby for youngsters. There is a parade of shops less than 2 minutes walk away with independent shops and a small Sainsbury’s.
