Take a boat trip to be shown the friendly dolphins playing in the gorgeous blue waters. Back on dry land - from one extreme to the next - visit the many historic castles in West Wales, a fascinating legacy of far more turbulent times. The young at heart can also enjoy a little white knuckle turbulence of their own when visiting the 20th century theme parks in this, otherwise sublimely beautiful and peaceful, corner of Wales.
