The Old Barn is a successful barn conversion set on generous grounds near Bishop’s Castle in Shropshire. The stone-built rural cottage boasts charm and contemporary style and promises serenity, fresh air and lovely views, as well as a hot tub and a delightful garden.

2 acres of grounds surround the cottage and allow guests to breathe in the fresh air and to unwind. The cottage is also surrounded by beautiful views, and these can be enjoyed from the lovely garden which provides a furnished space for al fresco dining. Furthermore, the patio hosts the indulgent hot tub for true relaxation.

The interior demonstrates a blend of sophistication and country charm. Guests will enjoy country charm throughout and appropriate furnishings. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features walnut units and the dining area, while the well-appointed sitting area guarantees relaxation.

Style and tradition continue in the bedrooms, which all contain TV and include a family room with a single bed and adult bunks, a room with king-size handmade four-poster bed, and a double with en-suite shower. The family bathroom contains a bath and jet shower, while the first-floor landing contains a double sofa bed.

Guests at The Old Barn are spoilt with seclusion and a hot tub and are provided with WiFi, amenities for young children, parking, and electric car charging point, BBQ, central heating and laundry facilities, as well as 5 TVs with full Sky DVD, CD.
