The Old Stables is surrounded by Exmoor National Park and links to Exford via pleasant walking trails. The modern pet-friendly cottage retains much of its original character and offers a spacious garden with lovely views, an open fire and proximity to the region of Somerset.
The expansive grounds connect the cottage to the surrounding countryside and boast wonderful views at any time of the day. The enclosed lawned garden provides a space to run free, and the furnished terrace invites wining and dining.
Bi-fold doors connect the terrace to the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large wall map of the region and the dining area. The spacious sitting room is elegantly furnished with L shaped sofa and features exposed beams and open fire in traditional fireplace.
Character and modernity meet in the bedrooms, which include a twin room, two rooms with super king-size zip and link beds, one of which has an en-suite walk-in shower. An en-suite is also found in the room with super king-size bed, while the family bathroom contains a walk-in shower.
Visitors to The Old Stables are blessed with beautiful countryside views and can count on WiFi, amenities for young children, parking, BBQ, central heating and laundry facilities, as well as TV.
The Old Stables connects to the village via a walk along the river and is set within Exmoor National Park. The cottage is also close to Dunkery Beacon, Dulverton, Minehead and Barnstaple.
