Sea Fizz is a modern, well equipped first floor apartment ideal for families, couples and friends. The comfortable lounge has double doors opening onto the west facing balcony, there is a dining area and kitchen with dishwasher and washer drier.
The hotel-style zip-and-link beds in both bedrooms can be made up as large doubles or singles. Whatever your choice, you can look forward to crisp hotel quality bed linen, white towels and complimentary toiletries. We have also thought carefully about our younger guests; we have bed guards and cots. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, whilst our family bathroom also has a thermostatically controlled shower and bath. We can also provide high chairs for our younger guests.
Your holiday begins the moment you arrive, we provide a “meet and greet” service to all our guests and will answer any questions you may have before leaving you to enjoy your holiday. You will be able to park your car in our private garage, adjacent to the apartment. We also provide extra parking permits free of charge for those who prefer to park outside or for parties with more than one car, using designated visitor parking spaces.
Wi-Fi is included, so whether you are on holiday or business, you have unlimited internet access during your stay. There is also Sky TV offering a variety of channels as well as pay-per-view movies.
The Marina offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars as well as traditional pubs but for those evenings when you just fancy a quiet night in, you will find the kitchen well equipped. So whether it is a ready meal from the nearby supermarket or perhaps a fish supper prepared with locally caught fish, you will, hopefully, find everything you need. The Marian also has a cinema, casino, water sports and sailing schools, boat rides and fishing trips.
Transport links are good with buses into the city centre from the marina every 7 minutes during the day and less frequently at night time. During the summer season, the Volks Railway, Britain’s oldest electric railway, built in 1883, still takes passengers from just outside the Marina to the pier. It takes about 30 minutes to walk into Brighton centre from the Marina along the promenade which is punctuated with beachside cafés, art galleries, a play ground and beach volley ball centre.
Sea Fizz makes the ideal base exploring the South Downs by bike or on foot. There is a footpath and traffic free cycle path right from the marina towards the east to Rottingdean, Saltdean and beyond and towards the west to Brighton and on to Hove. A short drive or bus ride will take you right up onto the Downs where will be rewarded with some beautiful walks and some breath-taking scenery. There are OS maps and leaflets illustrating many walks and cycle routes in the apartment. Bikes can be stored securely in the garage where you will find a puncture repair kit and pump if needed. Muddy boots can also be scrapped clean and stored here.
Wonderful all round! by Heather Payton on November 26th 2017
A fantastic location to spend our first holiday as a new family. Great facilities and location. All the baby friendly bits made life away with a baby so easy. Can't wait to return in the future!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Sea Fizz and once again it was fab. We always enjoy the location and the flat is very well stocked with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again we will definitely be back - it's like a home from home !
Lovely stay at Sea Fizz by Julie Harrison on October 10th 2017
We had a wonderful relaxing time at Sea Fizz. The apartment was well placed to walk to a range of lovely restaurants and the nearby supermarket meant that we were able to have relaxing nights in. Everything we needed was available and the garage meant that I was able to safely to store my bike. Whilst close enough to enjoy Brighton, by being at the Marina we were also close to many great places to walk and cycle, especially with it being on the National Cycle Network. We had a lovely time.
Lovely break in Brighton by Mary Woods on August 14th 2017
We were down for Brighton Races 3 day summer meeting, staying at the Sea Fizz apartment was the best thing we have done, we normally stay in a hotel. The Sea Fizz is home from home, everything is supplied. We parked in the garage and our son in the V (visitors) parking space outside of the apartments.. We did not use the car whilst we were there as you could easily get a cab. The marina itself has plenty of restaurants and Brighton itself is 5 mins by cab. For any runners the undercliff path to Saltdean is a flat run and there and back to marina around 10k. We had a lovely stay and will definitely book Sea Fizz again without hesitation.
