Farditch Farm is a brand new development of 3 beautifully appointed barn conversions set in picturesque countryside. Red Hurst has been designed to offer character holiday accommodation offering a comfortable and relaxing family holiday. It is a holiday home in Derbyshire that you look forward to returning to day after day while discovering the charms of The Peak District.
Farditch Farm stands in a secluded location within easy reach of popular Peak District watering-holes such as Buxton, Bakewell and Matlock Bath allowing you to watch a top-class musical in Buxton, ride a cable car to the Heights of Abraham near Matlock all while eating far too many delicious Bakewell Tarts – purchased in a Bakewell Bakers.
Newly refurbished in 2017, what was once a Derbyshire stone barn has been stylishly converted to create luxurious self-catering accommodation for 2-6 guests in gorgeous rural surroundings. The contemporary design blends nicely with the period character of the original barn to create a high-quality welcoming holiday cottage with open plan living spaces and large picture windows.
On the ground floor is an open plan area accommodating spaces for a high quality fitted kitchen, lounge and dining table, the latter with a pine table large enough to invite a friend or two around for dinner during your holiday.
The three bedrooms at Red Hurst Cottage comprise

• A second double bedroom
• A twin bedroom
• Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom
For large groups looking for somewhere to celebrate an anniversary or for a reunion, Red Hurst together with the other two properties can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests.

For the young and young at heart, theme parks at Gulliver’s Kingdom (for the young) and Alton Towers, will appeal to families, the latter not just for its white knuckle experiences, but also for its lovely house and gardens.
