Situated on the edge of the picturesque Norfolk Broads near the village of Burlingham, Norfolk, and centrally placed to explore this unique region, Thatch Barn offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests on holiday along the North Norfolk coast.
This linked barn conversion is approached by a shared drive and offers wonderful views of the surrounding open countryside. This large cottage retains many of its original features, including thatched roof, exposed beams and open brickwork, whilst providing a modern, contemporary feel.
The French doors from both the sitting room and several of the four ground-floor bedrooms lead out to the enclosed garden with patio furniture to enjoy dinner al fresco on a summer evening, cooked in the fully fitted kitchen or on the barbecue.
The living room comes with a flat-screen TV with Sky and DVD player, as well as Bose entertainment system.
Thatch Barn welcomes children over 6 years old and offers parking for up to four vehicles. Picturesque Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden and the thriving village of Acle, known as the Gateway to the Broads, are short drives away, as is the vibrant cathedral city of Norwich with its Norman castle and lively bars and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk coast are only a half-hour drive away.
