IVYWOOD RAILWAY CARRIAGE

The Railway Carriage has been on its present site for many years. It is situated in its own private garden with ample parking. There is a patio and small wooded area to the side of the garden.

The Village has two public houses both which serve food, also a general store / Post Office and fish and chip shop.

Wisbech has many fine buildings with its Georgian Crescent and North Brink, it is here that Peckover House ( N.T.)

is situated. There are two market days each week (Thursday and Saturday).

The accommodation consists of a fully fitted Kitchen / Diner with oven, hob, automatic washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Bathroom with bath, shower and shaver point. Lounge with freeview digital television, Wi-Fi, dvd player, compact disc player and electric fire. There are also two double bedrooms. Linen for bedrooms, bathroom and Kitchen is provided. The Carriage has oil fired central heating. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff.

The property is open all year and well behaved pets are welcome.

THE RAILWAY CARRIAGE

The property is a converted Victorian Railway Carriage set in a small garden with Orchards to the rear and parking for two cars. It is situated on the edge of the Village of Wisbech St Mary which has a General Store / Post Office, fish and chip shop, and two Public Houses, which serve bar meals.

The Village is three miles from Wisbech which is a Fenland Market Town with fine Georgian architecture. The Brinks and Crescent display the Town’s wealth of heritage. Peckover House and gardens ( National Trust ) which are open to the public.

The accommodation consists of a Double Bedroom, Bathroom with bath, shower and shaver point. Lounge with Sky freesat digital television, dvd player, Wi-Fi and compact disc player and electric fire. Conservatory, Fully fitted Kitchen / Diner with hob, oven, automatic washing machine, fridge / freezer and microwave. All rooms have economy seven central heating. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff. All linen provided.
