The large open-plan living room has two comfy sofas, perfect for sitting and watching the boats outside. Although a large TV is provided, the ever-changing views and activity on the water may drag you away!

The large balcony brings the outside in and is the perfect viewing point to watch the busy marina activities while ensuring everyone gets a healthy dose of sea air! If you would rather be on the water, the shared slipway enables guests to launch a small boat, while Falmouth Marina next door also has access to boat charter and training/lessons.

Light floods into every corner of this apartment, from the dining area to the modern kitchen. The latter is well equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The two bedrooms at The Slipway are a stylish retreat. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing table, large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. A private balcony overlooking the front of the building is an unexpected bonus!

Bedroom 2 can be twin single beds or a super king, while the family bathroom has a power shower above the bath, WC and basin.

An oversized garage is provided for guests' use and can also store sailing equipment if required!

One small to medium, well-behaved dog is welcome.
