The interior of the single-storey rural cottage boasts timber beams plus stone walls, slate and tiled flooring and includes a generous open-plan living area. This space offers a light-filled sitting area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area with garden views.
The two delightful bedrooms feature en-suite and include a king-size room and a room with 3 single beds, which can be converted into one king-size. The en-suite bathrooms each contain a shower and bath, one of them a spa bath.

Peaceful location beautiful outlook functional barn conversion
This lovely barn conversion has everything you need and is very modern and comfortable. The outlook from the back is gorgeous with nothing but sheep and grass. Easily assessible main roads despite the quiet location.It has supermarkets within a few miles and plenty to do nearby. The owners who live next door were helpful but did not interfere.

A lovely barn conversion in the middle of nowhere, but close enough to visit all the Cornwall attractions. Two bedrooms, both with en suite which was very useful with 3 teenage daughters. Very home from home, everything you need for a comfortable stay...they had Sky fitted the day we arrived & the Wifi was a must after a full day out, the girls disappeared into their room on their tablets!! Happy girls means happy holiday!!

A truly amazing cottage and so are the owners. I can not praise this cottage enough. It is like being in a home from home. Everything which you need it is there and more. The cottage is out of the village but only 5 minutes drive and about 7 minutes from the main road if you go the other way up the lane but we liked this. We could get to the beaches quickly through St Newley and the main road on to the Dual carriage way the other way. A perfect place to stay if you want to explore and so peaceful it is unbelievable. The only sounds were a tractor, owls and birds of pray flying high in the air. Just perfect for families, friends and couples of all ages.

The kitchen was just amazing, It had everything you could wish for and more.It was the little things that made the differences.BBQ charcoal was there, along with lighter fluid and matches (all separate), a bottle of wine waiting for us as soon as we pulled up.The owner came over and introduced himself. He shown us where everything was, how everything worked and then got a map out and recommended places. We had an issue with the fridge breaking which the owner resolved in minutes.This cottage is perfect.
A lovely quiet location with beautiful views. Wheal Hart was an extremely comfortable place to return to after a busy day exploring Newquay and it's surrounding areas. The owners were always on hand if you needed them and nothing was too much trouble for them.
