This large, detached holiday home has been converted to a comfortable holiday cottage on a non-working farm on the edge of the Cornish village of Penhallow, just three miles from the popular beach resort of Perranporth.

Originally a working Cornish farmhouse on a quiet road surrounded by picturesque countryside, this Penhallow cottage is ideal for a large family looking for a peaceful cottage in the countryside but with access to wonderful sandy beaches.

This large Perranporth holiday home provides traditional accommodation and has a mixture of double and twin bedrooms plus an additional cot room. The living accommodation comprises a large kitchen/diner and two sitting rooms so the children can play while the adults relax. The rear garden has a large decked patio with a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy after a day on the beach. WONDERFUL SPACIOUS FAMILY HOLDIAY

Wonderfull family base- very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Quiet location yet within easy reach of town etc - plenty of space both inside and out. Communications with owner excellent nothing too much trouble for them- would definitely recommend.

Trelydarth is a clean, comfortable house - lovely garden with decking and all home comforts. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Plenty of places to visit.

VARIETY OF PLACES TO VISIT

This cottage is in a good location for visiting different places and beaches. It is a spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. It was in a nice and quiet surrounding with not much passing traffic.
