Nestled amidst the splendour of the Lake District near the village of Levens, Cumbria, and part of the Lakes Cottage Holidays collection, Riven Oak is a large holiday cottage perfect for families and special occasions.

This beautiful barn conversion comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, offering reverse-level accommodation over two stories to allow your party to spread out throughout this child-friendly cottage.

The ground floor features four bedrooms, including a master king with an en-suite shower room. A second king-size bedroom and two twin bedrooms each feature rustic timber beams and wall art, whilst a family bathroom include a charming antique-style suite with a bath and separate shower.

The first floor boasts a lofty open-plan living space with beamed ceilings where everyone can gather and sink into the plush sofas and enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove whilst watching your favourite show on the Freesat TV.

Sit at the breakfast bar for a quick meal or enjoy a family meal whipped up in the fabulous kitchen with an impressive range cooker. An adjoining utility area includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer.

The enclosed lawned garden of this pet-friendly property offers plenty of room for dogs and small children to frolic and play whilst you relax with a cup of tea at the garden table.

Whitbarrow Scar meanders just steps from River Oak’s doorstep, a perfect trail to begin exploring the Lyth Valley and take in stunning views whilst partaking of its famed damson trees. The village of Levens lies just north of the Morecambe Bay estuary and boasts three pubs within the parish, whilst the national park features numerous attractions sure to make your stay enjoyable.
