Book both cottages together and up to fourteen people can be accommodated for a family celebration or just for a walking holiday amongst rolling hills and verdant valleys. Walkers and mountain bikers will be spoilt for choice with many bridleways, a nature reserve, tracks and footpaths nearby, taking you through magnificent open moors and countryside.

With Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and the market towns of Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne close by you'll be planning the next day's activities before you know it in these lovely Peak District cottages. Enter straight into Broadway Barn’s well-equipped kitchen with a dining table that can seat all twelve guests, and take four steps down to access three ground floor bedrooms, one of which has an external stable door. Head up the stairs to the light and airy sitting room with full-height arched windows and glass balustrade. Sit here and relax in front of the Scandinavian gas woodburner-effect stove which will keep you warm no matter what the weather is like outside. Three more bedrooms can be found on the first floor, and with a total of four bathrooms in the cottage, meaning less time queuing.

A BEAUTIFUL BARN

Absolutely fabulous barn, photos don't do it justice. Hosted a suprise 30th birthday here for my Fiance, everyone had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed the facilities and the comfort the barn had to offer. Surrounded by activities, we enjoyed go karting, Chatsworth, Bakewell and Buxton. All in all a fantastic weekend had at this beautiful barn, Thank you

This is an excellent accommodation fitted to a high specification and well equipped. There was plenty of room for the ten of us. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. We think that walkers and families would really like this property. We were all artists and enjoyed painting and sketching nearby and further afield weather permitting!
