The two-bedroom barn conversion has been recently renovated to a high standard to offer guests a stylish, modern, contemporary holiday home. Its layout takes full advantage of its unique location, which enjoys spectacular views over the fields across the estuaries and the sea beyond.

One of the key highlights for guests staying at Springfield Linney is the enclosed garden, with a large paved terrace and lawn surrounded by unspoilt countryside. Guests can relax and admire the spectacular views from the private hot tub, perfect after long days exploring the local area. It also provides the ideal space for dining al-fresco style.

Inside the cottage, you’ll discover charming original features and contemporary furnishings. The key highlight of this room is the floor-to-ceiling substantial bi-fold doors that can be opened fully onto the main terrace and boast the most spectacular views. The lounge area boasts plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV and a wood burner, ideal for cosy nights during the cooler months.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining table for four people. Appliances include fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom is situated a few steps up from the lounge area. This double bedroom has a standard double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom and the family bathroom are located down the hallway from the kitchen. This bedroom can be made up as either a double (with a 5ft bed) or a twin (with two 2’6” single beds). It has fantastic views and direct access to the garden. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, a washbasin and a WC.

This self-catering cottage offers an ideal base for exploring the area and Exmoor. It is only a short drive to the beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. Plenty of villages and towns nearby offer tasty quality meals, independent shops, and several family attractions to suit all ages.
