Redwood Apartment is ideal if you are looking for a large North Devon holiday apartment by the sea. The apartment provides an open-plan living space with plenty of room and an outside balcony with outdoor furniture. Four bedrooms sleep ten people; one bedroom has twin beds, one has a double bed, two have bunk beds and a further single.
The large shower room has a double-wash hand basin and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a single wash hand basin and a walk-in shower. We accept groups with a security bond, including stag and hen parties.
The apartment is new for 2019, completely refurbished and designed for a fun holiday. The main living space is accessed via the balcony, with outdoor furniture for enjoying a drink after a day in the surf. The dining area has a table and seating for ten. It leads to the open plan kitchen with an electric oven, modern fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and standard utensils. There is a lounge with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, two sofas and further seating.
This apartment accepts groups with a security bond paid back within two weeks of the holiday ending if the apartment is left clean with no damages. It is in the centre of Croyde, above the old Redwood surf shop. The apartment is accessed by external stairs and is unsuitable for people with limited walking abilities. Off-road parking for two cars is at the back of the surf shop; access is tight! The apartment also has a ground-floor cold shower, which is great for washing down wetsuits and boards after a day at the beach. Blue Groove, Billy Buds and The Thatch are all right on your doorstep.
The beach is accessible via a footpath and a 500m walk at the side of Billy Buds. The village car park and shop are about 100m away. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place to stay. The apartment is available for week bookings during school holidays and weekends and mid-week breaks during other times.
