Sunset Beach sits just a short walk from the beautiful golden sands of Croyde beach. The stylish contemporary house comfortably accommodates up to eight in four bedrooms and is ideal for friends or families looking to enjoy a holiday beside the sea.

The modern house, which is tastefully decorated throughout has been cleverly designed with all the living rooms located on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views, which stretch out over the Croyde landscape towards the ocean.

The open plan living room consists of a large, bright and spacious sitting area with comfy sofa and arm chairs where the views are wonderful. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. In warm summer months open the French doors on to the first floor balcony to truly admire the coastal scenery.

Located on the ground floor are the four good sized bedrooms, including two doubles, one with en-suite bathroom and two twins. A large family bathroom is also on this floor and is fitted with a bath and separate shower.

To the rear of the house is a gorgeous sun trap garden, which is fully enclosed and ideal for families with young children. The garden also has a large decked terrace where alfresco meals and BBQ's can be enjoyed, as well as a spot of sunbathing. Sunset Beach also has a summer house and lockable storage shed.

Sunset Beach sits just a few minutes walk from the pretty village of Croyde, where there are quaint thatched cottages, lovely pubs and a few cute gift shops. It is however its beach that is the real feature of this coastal village. The blue flag beach is patrolled by life guards from Easter through to October and a popular destination for surfers with perfect conditions for not only those that are experience but also learners. The beach also has sand dunes, rock pools, football nets and volleyball nets for everyone to enjoy.

Other nearby beaches include the award winning Woolacombe and Saunton Sands.

For those that are looking to get out and about in North Devon there are several excellent nearby attractions to suit all tastes, including the family friendly Exmoor Zoo and the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. There are also several gardens, National Trust properties and golf courses. Walkers can discover the beauty of the South West Coast Path, which can easily be accessed from the house, whilst cyclist can either take advantage of the local country lanes or head to Braunton where the mainly traffic free Tarka Trail heads towards Barnstaple.
