Accommodation at Cherry Cottage comprises:
Entrance hall leading to Cloak-room with W.C., shaver point and wash basin. Adjacent living room with three seater settees, Freeview TV, DVD, video, dining table and chairs.
A beamed kitchen/ diner is well fitted, having extremely attractive limed oak units, a cooker with gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and washing machine/tumble dryer The dining area has a large pine table to seat at least 8 with matching chairs, a child's high chair and a small TV.
All the bedrooms rooms have windows overlooking the courtyard, bunk bedroom has a Velux. Duvets linen and towels are supplied and the beds made up in advance. A travel cot and high chair are available. Gas central heating, electricity and telephone for local and incoming calls included in the price. Free Broadband with cable socket or Wi-Fi.
The cottage is available for arriving guests from 3.00 pm on Fridays and is to be vacated by 10.00 am.

Outside this splendid holiday cotttage in South Devon there is a gravel area with bench seat, stone walls and shrub and flower borders. Allocated parking space for 2 cars within the courtyard with additional spaces behind Buckland House stables. Guests have full use of the cottage and shared 1.5 acre gardens.
Start Bay and Slapton Sands
Start Bay reaches from the Mew Stone at the mouth of the river Dart and encompasses the famous Blackpool Sands, Slapton Sands, Torcross and ends in the rocky cliffs that curve around the Start point lighthouse.
The coastal villages of Stoke Fleming and Strete are within a mile of the sheltered cove protecting Blackpool Sands. This lovely cove is flanked by wooded cliffs, the shingle beach having attractive facilities including the Venus café, windsurfing, canoeing and sailing hire. Blackpool Sands is one of the best beaches in Devon and extremely popular with families.
Slapton Sands extend for over 3 miles from Strete Gate to Torcross with the unique coast road set on the shingle ridge and having the freshwater Slapton Ley one side and the sea the other. The Ley has an abundance of flora and wild life being a designated National Nature Reserve.The Dart Valley -This unique Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is particularly popular with sailors, artists and fishermen and those who enjoy the peaceful tranquillity in a truly rural environment.
Boat trips from Dartmouth take you up the river past Stoke Gabriel to the bohemian market town at Totnes.
