The bedrooms include a pretty twin, a lovely double and a stunning Master with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom fitted with a bath, loo and wash-hand-basin.
There are two terrace areas at the cottage, the first is a small courtyard terrace situated to the front of Ford Hill where the early morning sun can be captured. To the rear of the cottage and taking advantage of the evening sun is a large enclosed terrace with BBQ.

Ford Hill is located in the quaint countryside village of Kentisbury on the outskirts of Combe Martin and Exmoor. Kentisbury has its own church and service station, which also doubles up as the village store and post office.

In Combe Martin there are a range of shops and places to eat, but its number one feature is its beach, which is situated in a pretty cove.
Around Combe Martin there are many different walks to suit all abilities, including those along the South West Coast Path and across Exmoor. For a day cycling, the Tarka Trail can be picked up in either Barnstaple or Braunton and other outdoor activities, like horse riding and coasterring are widely available.

I did not want to leave! by Marilyn Richards, Canada on April 30th 2016
We truly had a lovely time in Ford Hill Cottage, together with my friend and we commend you on offering such a well appointed cottage. A joy to stay there and obviously I did not want to leave!
Just The Best! by Karpaya-Timm and Hayes party, Berkshire, March 2016 on March 29th 2016
What can we say?! Except that this is the best, well equipped cottage that we’ve ever been to! From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the BBQ. We’ve come armed with a Nespresso machine, a wok, baking trays, charcoal for the BBQ and we didn’t have to use any of them as all were provided in the cottage. A beautiful cottage, quiet location and thoughtfully done up. We will definitely visit again. And the owner, Janet, 'rocks’ - she’s so enthusiastic, full of energy and very friendly and welcoming.
Georgous home comforts! by The Thomson Family, London, October 2015 on November 1st 2015
We've loved our Devon half term break here at Ford Hill. Thank you both for the very warm welcome, over-generous welcome pack of goodies and all the extras (including the abundance of logs which has kept Bruce occupied)! Gorgeous home comforts. You have refurbished the cottage beautifully. We still have so much to see and do so hope to be back soon!
Spacious and Comfortable by Zahara Jones (Aged 8), London on October 16th 2015
My brother and I really like this cottage because there are lots of spacious areas and the garden is perfect for us to play in. The beds are really comfortable and we enjoyed watching our DVD's during rainy evenings. I would definately come back and stay here. Thank you.
