Cherry Tree is a very attractive one bedroomed ground floor property located at Littlecourt Cottages. The cottages were previously part of a Regency House for the Duke and Duchess of St Albans, but now offer peaceful and relaxing accommodation on the South Devon coast.
The cottage features a large sitting room, with separate dining area which looks out onto the gardens; as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor bedroom has a set of twin beds but can be linked together to make a super king sized double bed and there is also an ensuite shower room. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs that look out onto the award winning gardens at Littlecourt.
The cottages are located only a short distance from the town centre of Sidmouth which has a range of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs nearby. Sidmouth beach is only a short distance away is a beautiful part of the world for exploring the South Devon coast and the rest of the Westcountry.

Excellent holiday accomodation by rita w on December 28th 2014
Another lovely holiday in Cherry Tree Cottage. Well equipped, extremely comfortable and well maintained. Friendly reception. Will go back again
by Geoff L on December 10th 2014
We have stayed in all five cottages sometimes twice a year since they opened. Cherry Tree Cottage is superbly furnished with no expense spared. Every year we visit, further refurbishment has taken place. This particular cottage is ideal for us as it is on one level. All five cottages are so well appointed that they make one feel immediately relaxed. The quality of the furniture and fittings is second to none. Similar comments apply to the gardens in that they are a delight, resulting from careful planning and constant attention
What a find by Sue Price on November 14th 2014

Perfection by Laurie & Yvonne Shields on November 7th 2014
If I were asked to describe Littlecourt as a self-catering holiday destination in one word that word would be "perfection". My wife and I have been staying in Sidmouth's best hotels for over 20 years, but not anymore. One week in Cherry Tree Cottage has converted us permanently. The cottage is beautifully furnished, very spacious, immaculately clean and equipped to a very high standard. Added to this, Selwyn and Geoffrey live on site, are very helpful and friendly and work tirelessly to ensure the standards are maintained. Their 4 star and gold awards are well justified. We have already booked up for next year and are really looking forward to our return. Thank you Selwyn and Geoffrey for giving us an entirely new perspective on holidays.
It doesn't get better than this by happytose, Whitley Bay on August 15th 2014
Cherry Tree Cottage is just simply gorgeous. Exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean and is very spacious. Selwyn and Geoffrey, the owners always have time to stop and chat to offer advice on the surrounding areas, nothing is too much trouble. The cottages are nestled amongst their beautifully tendered gardens - it has been an absolute joy to stay here.

This was our second stay in 'Cherry Tree Cottage' - really comfortable accommomodation. Very well equipped with everything you need and was spotless. Selwyn and Geoffrey are always on hand if needed. The gardens are lovely and we had excellent weather this year so could really appreciate them. The cottage is situated in the heart of Sidmouth and really close to beach, shops and all amenities, yet it feels as though you are 'away from it all'. Cannot recommend this property highly enough
Such a cosy cottage, by Helen & Ian, Newbury on March 21st 2014
Such a cosy cottage, so delightful & warm to come back to after our days walking. We've made the most of the great bus service (5 minutes walk from here) and caught the bus to Seaton, The Donkey Sanctuary and Budleigh Salterton & walked back along the coast. The weather although cold has been lovely & sunny & the scenery is fantastic. We've had a great week - thanks.
A gem tucked away by Gary & Maria, Solihull on February 14th 2014
Having returned to Sidmouth year on year staying at what we thought was the best hotels, B&B's or Holiday Cottages for over 30 years - we have found "a gem" tucked away in one of the loveliest and most convenient positions in Sidmouth. Selwyn & Geoffrey have been excellent hosts, very informative and accessible. The quality and facilities within 'Cherry Tree' are second to none and thought to detail and comfort not compromised in any way whatsoever. We wish we could stay longer but alas not!, but we will be returning to Littlecourt time & time again - I'm sure. Thank you!

Exceptional accommodation in a lovely town by obiyass, Austarlia on January 20th 2014
Cherry Tree Cottage is 5 star all the way. Spacious, meticulously maintained, fitted with all the modern equipment and utensils you would ever need. The hosts are very humble and make you feel very welcome , offering advice on things to see and do and providing every assistance they can to make your stay as comfortable and rewarding as possible. The cottage, which has off-street parking. Is only an easy 5min stroll, to the beach, restaurants and shops, making it an ideal location to base yourself. Sidmouth is a lovely seaside town with everything you need to make your holiday a wonderful one. We very much hope to have the opportunity to stay in this wonderful cottage again.

After many years of staying at various hotels in Sidmouth we too, our first occasion, have been bewitched by the luxury and surroundings of Littlecourt and Cherry Tree Cottage in particular. Everyone loves to see success whether for self or others and Selwyn and Geoffrey have certainly achieved this here.
