Holcombe House is an impressive detached house in an ideal location in the seaside town of Torquay, Devon. The luxurious coastal cottage welcomes pets and includes spacious rooms with bay windows and elegant décor, as well as a delightful sunroom, a mature garden and a separate two-bedroom annexe.
The mature gardens feature lovely plants and a lawned area, as well as a furnished patio where guests can relax after a day of fun in the sun and finish the day with a few drinks.
Carefully-appointed décor adds character to the interior, which offers a spacious sitting room with plush sofas, and a snug for further relaxation. The elegant dining room caters for formal meals, which can be prepared in the modern, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area.
The annexe offers another sitting area with wood burning stove and a kitchen with Range oven and diner. The main house offers four bedrooms, consisting of two super king-size rooms, a room with super king-size bed and TV, and a room with super king-size bed and en-suite with shower over bath. The remaining bathroom contains a bath and shower over plus heated towel rail. The annexe, meanwhile, contains two bedrooms with en-suite shower with heated towel rail. One room has adult bunks, the other is a twin.
