Little Cowarne Court has a good size kitchen with a long feature wooden table, complete with pew style bench and chairs that seat 17 people. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for the family to relax and enjoy. All modern appliances are included. There are two large electric ovens and hobs, two fridges and freezers, a washing machine and two dishwashers. An additional utility room is also ideal for food storage and keeping your drinks cool.

There are eight bedrooms at Little Cowarne Court, including a beautiful double bedroom with a feature king-size four-poster bed. This bedroom also has its own en-suite shower and wash hand basin. There are three more king-size double bedrooms, two of which can be converted to twin bedrooms if requested. A further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a triple bunk bedroom are also found on the ground floor.

The family bathroom has a bath and a shower over the bath, as well as a WC and a wash hand basin.
