The Old Vicarage has been refurbished to combine classic Victorian features with contemporary style, offering superb views from every room. This large countryside cottage, approached by a long winding driveway, sits upon four acres and comes with private hot tub and wooden sauna. The garden includes a climbing frame, football goal, top-of-the-range outdoor table tennis, and barbecue to entertain guests of all ages.

The spacious entrance hall opens onto the sitting room with comfy seating, open fire, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and patio doors leading to the garden, and the kitchen opens out to the dining area with seating for 12 to enjoy meals in front of a wood burner. The ground floor also includes a twin bedroom and utility room with table football.

Up the classic wooden stairs, you will find five bedrooms and sizeable family bathroom with rolltop bath and walk-in shower. Two king-size double en-suite bedrooms, a double, a single, and a family bedroom with a double and single bed, and another family bathroom with corner bath complete the pet-friendly accommodation.

A leisurely walk takes you to the village of Peterchurch, with its village shop and selection of pubs and restaurants. The nearby Brecon Beacons offer magnificent walking trails, whilst the city of Hereford and its magnificent cathedral and the Mappa Mundi is a short drive away.
