This period Georgian home is in the village of Whitchurch, a very popular village for exploring Herefordshire and the Royal Forest of Dean. Cedars House is nicely furnished with period Georgian and French furniture combined with modern utilities and facilities, perfect for those who like period properties with modern comforts.

There are two sitting rooms at Cedars house, featuring period furniture reflecting the property's elegance, with one having wooden floors with sumptuous sofas. The large dining room contains plenty of space with seating for all your party. The kitchen features a sizeable electric range-style oven with warming plates and hobs. It is a warm and inviting space with a small breakfast table and all the utensils that you will require. The kitchen has a microwave oven along with fridges and a freezer, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a scullery and boot room (for walkers to store and dry muddy boots) and a utility room nearby.

There are eight bedrooms at the Cedars House in Whitchurch, including:

From the patio, steps lead you to a mature garden including a lawn, again with patio furniture for you to relax in, all set around well-established flowerbeds in an enclosed area. There is sufficient parking for up to 8 cars, and as a pet-friendly large holiday home in Herefordshire, Cedars House accepts up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Cedars House in Whitchurch is west of Herefordshire and a short distance from the Welsh border. Monmouth is only 4 miles away to the southwest, and in the opposite direction, you will find Ross-on-Wye approximately 7 miles away. The Royal Forest of Dean is on your doorstep, providing plenty of walks and activities to keep you entertained during the day.
