Glencarron Lodge is an authentic Victorian Shooting Lodge. Welcoming groups of up to 18+ guests in 11 bedrooms, the Lodge is ideal for those seeking an active Scottish Highland holiday with lochs, riverside fishing and Munros to explore on the Estate. The Lodge has a private garden within the 12,000-acre Glencarron Estate and boasts some of the most beautiful Highland views.

Glencarron is a very grand lodge, once graced by Royalty. Now fully refurbished, the Lodge provides modern facilities and comfort for guests without losing its original Victorian charm and grandeur.

With central heating to ensure toasty rooms even in the depths of winter, Glencarron Lodge accommodates guests in 2 double rooms (one en suite), seven twin and two single bedrooms. Six bath/shower rooms ensure no queues before breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the large kitchen or the grand dining room with a table for 20. Relax in the spacious, sumptuously furnished drawing room, or enjoy the indoor sport in the two games rooms equipped with pool and table tennis tables. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare the grandest banquets, including a double Aga and double oven with hobs, many fridges, a freezer and two dishwashers. Outside caterers are available if required if cooking or washing up isn’t included in your holiday itinerary! The basement has a boot/drying room, gun and rod room.

Glencarron is a beautiful area to explore. If the streams, waterfalls, walks and wildlife on the Estate aren’t enough, wonderful white-sand beaches, fairy-tale castles, glorious beaches, fabulous mountains and gentle walks fill the week.
