Three Gables is located at the end of a private drive, providing ample parking for four or more cars (an electric vehicle charging facility is available).

The house comprises five spacious bedrooms which can accommodate ten adults. Two of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and four are on the ground floor, making it an ideal option for people with restricted mobility. Additionally, there are two cots and a toddler bed available in the house.

The kitchen is bespoke and has a dining table that seats ten people. The lounge is also spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. This makes for a perfect countryside retreat for families and large groups of friends wishing to spend quality time together and enjoy a relaxing short break or holiday anytime.

The island has a microclimate, which results in better weather than many other parts of the UK. The house has patio doors and large windows that make it feel bright and airy. It is well-insulated with central heating that keeps it warm and cosy even in colder months. In the warmer months, solar panels provide hot water. However, please keep in mind that the house does not come with a hot tub, but a local company is available to hire one.

The garden is secure, with fencing and hedging, making it a safe place for your pets to play. We welcome up to three dogs in the house. There is a shop just two minutes' walk away, which is open from March to November. A village shop is available 1.5 miles away in Shalfleet, open all year round. There are also three pubs within a two-mile radius, and the bus stop is less than 50 metres from the driveway.

The nearest beach, Brook, is only three miles away, and another half-mile brings you to the award-winning Compton Beach. You can quickly drive to local towns to shop and enjoy the many tourist attractions around the island. The county town of Newport is only six miles away, while historic Yarmouth on the coast is three miles away. We are ideally located on the island, with footpaths, cycleways, beaches, and towns nearby.
