Top Farm House is a charming Grade II listed, a 17th-century farmhouse surrounded by Shropshire countryside in Knockin, a small villager near Oswestry in Shropshire. The unique rural cottage offers guests authentic country charm as well as beautiful gardens and views, plus a wood-burning stove, a baby grand piano, a playroom and many original features.

Lovely grounds circle the cottage, and the front garden offers a furnished terrace, while the rear garden is also furnished. Chase the sun and enjoy al fresco meals, morning coffee and socialising, while admiring the views.

The interior is brimming with original features, such as original beams, uneven floors and antique furnishings. The traditional kitchen contains an oil-fired AGA range cooker and American fridge/freezer, plus a breakfast table and French doors to the garden. The impressive dining room hosts a wood-burning stove and long dining table, while the wonderful sitting room houses a large wood-burning stove in fireplace, a baby grand piano and rustic timber beams.

On the ground floor is one single bedroom, while the rest lie up the original staircase and include a four-poster king-size and two king-size, all with TVs and en-suite bathrooms, and a king-size with a sloping floor. The remaining rooms are a twin and a double. Among the bedrooms sits the snug, while the bathrooms contain bath and/or shower.

Also upstairs is the playroom with a selection of toys, games, DVDs, a TV and a football table, as well as a reading room with a great variety of books.
