The Old Sheep Shed is a single storey conversion, adjoined to the owner’s farmhouse, based on an operating 220-acre arable farm, not far from the market town of Shrewsbury. Throughout the barn, there are many character features, from exposed stone walls to wooden panelled ceilings, while the length of the property boasts wall-length windows for letting in natural light, leading out to decking and a hot tub for four people, overlooking a garden pond.

The Old Sheep Shed boasts an open plan living area, with antique leather seating and wooden furniture, complete with a centrepiece wood burner that creates a warming and inviting atmosphere, while you nestle and enjoy some films on the mounted flat screen TV or a spot of pool at the full-size pool table.

Through the walkway, there is a large, modern fitted kitchen suite with all electrical appliances, with enough space for a dining table seating up to six and another leather sofa.

Through another walkway are the three generous bedrooms, two kings sized with en suites and all with separate TVs. There is also the main family bathroom with a power shower and bath, as well as the sauna room for up to four people.
