The Wool Barn, nestled in the heart of Exmoor National Park, accommodates up to 8/10 guests across four bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the snug room. Formerly a shearing barn, The Wool Barn has been thoughtfully converted into a comfortable holiday home, offering guests a peaceful retreat surrounded by open moorland and rich historical heritage. Its location provides easy access to the diverse attractions of Exmoor National Park, with the sandy beaches of North Devon just a short drive away.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two with king-size beds and two with twin beds, ensuring flexibility for different group configurations. All bed linen and towels are provided, offering guests convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped to meet guests' culinary needs, while the spacious dining area provides a perfect setting for family meals and social gatherings.
The inviting sitting room features ample seating and a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing evenings after a day of exploration. Downstairs, a convenient cloakroom and a study/quiet room with an adjoining shower room offer additional comfort and practicality. Modern amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge freezer are also provided for guests' convenience.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Wool Barn, although guests are kindly requested to keep them downstairs, refrain from allowing them on furniture, and keep them on a lead when near livestock. Stabling facilities are available by arrangement, and a groom can be hired for an additional fee of £20 per horse per night.
Guests will find ample off-road parking beside the property, providing convenience and peace of mind during their stay.
