WONDERFUL COTTAGE by Mr Baker, ARBROATH, October 2016 on February 16th 2017
The 'cottage' would be better described as a mansion - well a detached house at least. it is wonderfully restored from an 1842 home of an actor called Edmund Kean and is on the estate of the Marquis of Bute. The house has excellent high quality furnishings in all rooms and has a very effective heating system. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a wide ranging set of utensils etc.
GREAT ROOM DESIGNS by Mr Mcglone, London, November 2016 on February 16th 2017
A great joy to stay in this house. Upstairs drawing room a favourite. Very tastefully renovated throughout and to a modern standard with a nod to the past. Sparked an interest by seeing all the lovely locally produced Bute Fabrics used to furnish the house.
